The surrounding area is rich of occasions of entertainment and relax; it offers variuos contexts, one different from the other, which are able to create historical anc cultural moments, but also funny and evocative experiences.

Verona
“To see it and quickly fall in love with it; then return in order to discover it”. True piece of art, it fascinates everybody; link of ages, cultures and knowledge interlaced in perfect harmony which offer to the visitors unforgettable suggestions that are ablo to enchanting all year around. The famous monuments, among which the Arena, the House of Juliet, the Roman Theatre and Castelvecchio constitute an historical and monumental patrimony that renders it one of the most beautiful and rich cities of Italy.

Lake of Garda
The ancient Benacus of the Roman, a lot extolled by the poet Catullo, is the largest and characteristic among the prealpine lakes and the only one which offers a territory so different and changing. Among the numerous localities, some of the most evocative: Peschiera del Garda with its beaches and its walls; Lazise with the beautiful historical center and the ancient and perfectly conserved fortresses; Bardolino that offers an animated night life; Torri del Benaco famous for its quiet and the castle and Malcesine with its colorful ways.

Valpolicella
The lengens wants that the name Valpolicella means “valley with many winery”. Here two famous and searched wines are cultivated: the rich flowered Amarone and the sweet Recioto, besides those the Valpolicella, appreciated all over the world. Delicious wines to know and to taste in rinomate wineries, with guided tours that allow to directly learn the secrets from the producers. A territory that enjoys also a simple but tasting gastronomic cuisine, spacing from plates like polenta and soppressa salami, till pasta and fasoi (bean soup), from boiled meat with pearà sauce till the dry almond cake accompained with a good Recioto.

Relax & Well-Being
Verona offers to its visitors also moments of well-being and relax, thanks to the prestigious thermal centers and wellness centers few steps away from the historical centre.
Not to lose the wonderful thermal park of Villa dei Cedri in Lazise, dipped in the green among the secular trees; the historical Terme di Sirmione which have just celebrated the 120° anniversary; the ancient Terme di Giunone in Caldiero, already notes to the Roman whom christened them “Waters of the Beauty”.
More recent, but equally unlosable, the spa of Gardacqua on the lake of Garda with indoor and park pools dipped in a forest of olive trees; the wellness centre Anthea in Bussolengo which proposes personalized and relaxing treatments and a most original tropical beach opened all year around.

Sport & Entertainment
Numerous the possibilities for sport lovers, from the fans of the bicycle and the horse riding to the lovers of tennis and golf; from those who prefer long walks in the green of hills or the excursions on surrounding mountains till the aquatic sports like sail and boating, fishing and immersions.
Rich also the offer of parks, above all in the zone of the Lake of Garda: the park of entertainment Gardaland, famous in all Italy; the aquatic park Caneva World, the Movieland, the Parco Natura Viva for the lovers of animals and safari and the fashinating park Giardino Sigurtà with its extraordinary vegetation.

Culture
The city of Verona offers the possibility to live various moments of culture and art dislocated in the walking area of the center. Following the historical Romanic Street where the Arena opens the show to other famous rests like the Roman Theatre, Porta Leoni, the Arch of Gavi and the evocative Piazza delle Erbe. A step back into the history brings you to the “Medieval Verona” represented by Castelvecchio (that accommodates the prestigious Museum) and by the majestic architetonic piece of the Arche Scaligere, the imposing funeral monuments to the great Gentleman of Verona.
The strategic position of the city let it be the ideal point of departure for visiting other famous cities like Mantua with the Medieval casle and the famous pieces of Mantegna; Padua with its Basilica of Sant’Antonio and the historical university and the famous Venice for the “calli”, the well known Piazza San Marco and the exclusive art of working the Glass of Murano.
